The Mulberry Clubhouse, Patio Terrace, and Pavilion are available for private rental.

Please keep in mind the information below before booking. 
 
  • We do not rent our facility to non-residents. However, a resident can rent for a friend or family member. The resident must attend, and the security deposit must be in the resident's name.
 
  • You must apply a signed Rental Agreement and Security Deposit to hold the date and requested facility(ices). The Security Deposit is refundable and can be placed on your HOA Account, or you can submit a check. This is separate from the Rental Fee and the Cleaning Fee. 
 
  • Rental and Cleaning fees are due 30 (thirty) days before the event. Debit and Credit Cards are now accepted. An invoice will be emailed out 35 days earlier, or you can request to pay sooner. 
 
  • The use of the Pool is not part of any rental reservation. Each household is allowed four guests; if you use the pool and exceed the number of guests, you will forfeit your deposit. 
 
  • There are three options to choose from - 2 hours, a half-day, and a full day. Please consider set up & clean up as they are considered in your rental time.
